  • admin: Pyxism is not one of those cycling programs that you have been using. It uses a Power Ladder to determine when to get paid. A new Compass Ladder always has at least 5 out of 11 entries filled at all times. Once the ladder is filled with all 11 positions, the person on the top position of the ladder cycles and gets paid. Then a new ladder is created. We hae some nice videos on our site that shows the entire process.

  • owlworks: I have been in cycler programs before and they use some type of matrix when people cycle. I see that Pyxism does not use a matrix. What determines when I cycle?
