PYXISM has recently changed their existing 2x2 matrix to a new Power Ladder System.

The basic concept of this ladder system is that you are placed on a small ladder with other associates.  Each ladder will have either 5 or 7 positions that need to be filled.  These positions are filled when other associates are placed on your ladder.

With traditional matrix systems the only way to cycle was to recruit new people.  This ladder system does things a little different.  It is based on points.  The more points you receive the higher position you claim on your ladder.  Once the ladder is full, the associate that occupies the top position on the ladder gets paid and then a new ladder is formed.
